Аннотация

This article discusses the current state of the public and corporate procurement system in the Republic of Uzbekistan, its legal foundations, the introduction of electronic procurement platforms, and mechanisms for the efficient use of budget funds through public procurement. Based on the analysis, existing problems in the current system and proposals for their resolution have been developed. Keywords: public procurement, corporate procurement, electronic platform, budget funds, tender, small business, UzRCE (Uzbek Republican Commodity Exchange).
