This article is dedicated to the issue of developing listening comprehension skills in students. Listening comprehension is a crucial part of communicative activity and one of the main factors in students’ effective language acquisition and accurate understanding of subject-related information. The article examines methods, pedagogical approaches, and effective techniques for developing listening comprehension skills. Additionally, practical recommendations aimed at improving students’ listening comprehension based on various pedagogical research findings are presented. The study analyzes the level of listening comprehension skills formation in students using concrete data and two different tables.
