Аннотация

This article examines the use of proverbs in A.S. Pushkin’s works as an integral part of his artistic language and a tool for conveying national identity. The focus is on analyzing the functions of proverbs in works such as "The Tale of the Fisherman and the Fish", "The Captain's Daughter", and "Boris Godunov". Pushkin employs proverbs to enhance moral and ethical undertones, develop character images, and reflect the realities of his era. The study highlights the role of folkloric elements in literature as a source of cultural heritage and collective 622 May, 2025-Yil wisdom.
