Mental disorders related to somatic non-infectious diseases, infectious diseases, and intoxications are classified as psychoses. Exogenous factors play a major role in their development. The term psychosis, derived from Greek, refers to a disturbed mental state characterized by pronounced mental activity during which mental reactions contradict the actual situation. This significantly impacts the perception of reality and leads to disorganized behavior. The objective is to study the features of the dynamic clinical course of paranoid schizophrenia combined with chronic neurological and somatic diseases. Material and methods 53 patients with paranoid schizophrenia (F20. XX according to ICD-10) aged from 38 to 65 years, combined somatic pathology-without exacerbation, were examined. The duration of the somatic disease was at least 6 years.
