This article discusses the changes that the art of piano has undergone in the age of digital technologies. In particular, the impact of electronic pianos, MIDI systems, digital audio workstations (DAW), online performance platforms, and artificial intelligence on the music creation process is analyzed. The article explores the influence of digital technologies on performance, their advantages, and future prospects. The synergy between traditional pianos and digital tools is demonstrated to be opening new horizons in musical creativity. However, in the 21st century, digital technologies have introduced dramatic changes to the music creation and performance processes. Today, the piano is no longer just a traditional acoustic instrument but also a modern tool with new forms and possibilities on digital platforms.Since the invention of the piano in the 18th century, it has held an important place in the art of music. Initially popular only among the wealthy and aristocrats, by the 19th century,it spread widely among the general public. Classical composers such as Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, and others effectively utilized the piano's capabilities, leaving unparalleled works as part of the world’s musical heritage.Digital technologies have also had a significant impact on music, particularly the piano. Electronic pianos, MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) systems, virtual piano software, and compositions created with the help of artificial intelligence are all products of the new era. Today, the process of learning the piano has also been simplified through the use of digital technologies. The development of digital technologies has opened new horizons for the art of musical performance. In particular, the emergence of digital tools in piano performance has not only expanded technical possibilities but also provided musicians with creative freedom. Digital pianos (electronic pianos) are now widely used not only by students but also by professional musicians. They are of significant importance in performance for several reasons, portability and compactness, digital pianos are lightweight and easy to transport, making them 127 DEVELOPMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN MODERN SCIENCES International scientific-online conference convenient for use in various settings such as stages, studios, or home environments, sound customization, elements such as volume, timbre, and reverb can be adjusted, allowing musicians to interpret each piece in a unique way, recording and analysis, performers can record their performances, analyze them, or upload them to platforms for sharing, no constant tuning, digital pianos do not require regular tuning (stroika),reducing the risk of technical malfunctions during live performances. Moreover, digital pianos are integrated with many modern technologies. In particular, through the MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) system, performers can record, edit, and blend piano pieces in digital format with other instruments. With the help of DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) software, piano performances can easily be incorporated into various audio projects. This allows pianists to actively participate in studio work and engage in the creation of hybrid musical genres (e.g., classical + electronic, jazz + hip-hop). Through platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok, digital pianists can showcase their performances to a global audience. This opens up new opportunities for creativity, audience engagement, challenges, and collaborations. For example, during the pandemic, many piano concerts were held online, further proving the growing importance of digital performance. Today, some software programs analyze the performer’s style and suggest exercises that align with it or even demonstrate how to interpret a suggested composition. These technologies make piano performance more interactive and personalized. Digital pianos simplify the performance process, expand technical possibilities, and create new creative approaches. However, it remains crucial to maintain the deep expressiveness, emotion, and attention to detail that are characteristic of traditional performance. Thus, the digital piano is not only a tool of convenience but also a modern device that broadens a musician’s expressive capabilities.Interactive learning programs, remote education platforms, and real-time analysis opportunities allow students to practice anywhere, anytime. Digital pianos are not only more affordable and portable, but also stand out with various sound effects, adjustable volume, and recording capabilities. Through digital pianos, musicians can conduct expe
