The development of professional competence in students is a fundamental objective for educational institutions worldwide. A structured system of exercises plays a crucial role in enhancing various aspects of this competence, including technical, cognitive, and emotional skills. This article explores the design and implementation of a system of exercises aimed at fostering professional competence among students. It discusses the different types of exercises that can be utilized to improve students’ critical thinking, communication, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability. Through experiential learning, case studies, group projects, and simulations, this system provides students with practical opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge. The study also emphasizes the importance of regular feedback and self-assessment in the learning process.
