This article examines the issues of improving the educational process by improving communicative competence. The article discusses the role of communicative competence in education, its importance in the development of students' academic success and social skills. The formation of communicative competence in the educational process is aimed at developing students' skills not only to acquire knowledge, but also to express their thoughts clearly and concisely, work in a group, and establish effective communication. Communicative competence includes the skills of a person to clearly and effectively express his thoughts, establish communication with others, work in a group, solve problems, and behave in various social situations. This competence is of great importance not only in ensuring academic success, but also in the student's successful functioning inprofessional life and society. The development of communicative competence in the educational process allows for the formation of skills such as improving the quality of teaching, clearly and fluently expressing his thoughts, being successful in group work, and effective participation in social relations. This requires changes in educational methodology, new pedagogical approaches, and the use of interactive and modern educational technologies. These approaches, as one of the main tools for developing communicative competence in students, ensure effective communication andmutual understanding between teachers and students.
