Аннотация

The article analyzes the issues of improving energy efficiency in the electric power industry of Uzbekistan and ways to solve them. Taking into account the growing demand for electricity, increasing environmental problems and the need to modernize infrastructure, special attention is paid to the importance of energy efficiency in the sustainable development of the country's energy industry. The current state of energy efficiency in the industry has been analyzed, problems such as high energy losses in the industry, dependence on traditional energy sources and a low share of renewable energy sources have been identified, and a number of practical proposals and solutions have been put forward to eliminate these problems. In particular, proposals were made to update the energy infrastructure, introduce modern and energy-saving technologies, and expand the use of renewable energy sources. At the same time, the article also highlights the importance of developing public-private partnerships, creating an attractive environment for investors, introducing smart industries and energy-saving technologies.
