This article, which explains the role of humoral factors in the interaction between formed elements in the blood, reviews the mechanisms of cytokines, the complement system, acute phase proteins, and other mediators. The methodological section presents modern analytical methods, and the results section presents data from laboratory studies and clinical trials. The conclusion summarizes the findings and identifies promising research directions.
