Аннотация

This article studies the effect of the ProBioKorm probiotic on the body of rabbits, in particular on the morphobiochemical parameters of their blood. In the experiment, a certain amount of ProBioKorm probiotic was administered to the experimental group of rabbits, and their blood samples were monitored for erythrocytes, hemoglobin, leukocytes, as well as total protein and other basic biochemical parameters. Keywords: ProBioKorm, probiotic, hemoglobin, erythrocyte, leukocyte, morphobiochemical, indicators, blood Relevance of the topic. In recent years, the issue of using environmentally friendly, effective and safe biological additives in animal husbandry, in particular in rabbit breeding, has become relevant. Against the background of restrictions on antibiotics and their negative consequences, the need for probiotics is increasing significantly. Probiotics play an important role, in particular, in strengthening the immune system of animals, improving digestion and strengthening general health. One of such tools is the ProBioKorm probiotic, the scientific study of its effect on the morphological and biochemical parameters of rabbit blood is of great importance in determining the effectiveness of probiotics. The results of this study serve as an important scientific and practical basis for the formation of innovative approaches aimed at raising healthy and highly productive animals in rabbit breeding. Main part. ProBioKorm is a probiotic agent developed for animals, which contains a complex of beneficial bacteria. Morphological (for example, erythrocytes, leukocytes, hemoglobin) and biochemical (total protein) indicators of the blood of rabbits are the main criteria for determining their health status. By studying the effect of the ProBioKorm preparation on these indicators, it is possible to assess the effectiveness of the preparation and determine the possibilities of its practical application. The feed additive "ProBio K orm" was developed by employees of the Institute of Microbiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to improve and enrich the 87 ACADEMIC RESEARCH IN MODERN SCIENCE International scientific-online conference quality of animal feed, improve digestion and absorption of nutrients, prevent various bacterial diseases in animals, and increase productivity. The universal probiotic feed additive “ProBioKorm” for livestock is intended for feeding farm animals, in particular rabbits and poultry. In addition to being a feed additive, the universal probiotic “ProBioKorm” can also be used to treat various diseases in animals and increase their productivity. Tables 1 and 2 below present the analysis of the GOST physical, chemical, and microbiological special tests of the domestic universal probiotic “ProBioKorm”. Work progress : A total of 20 3–4-month-old female rabbits of the New Zealand White rabbit breed, which is widespread in Uzbekistan, were selected for the study. They were divided equally into two groups: 10 control group and 10 experimental group. During the study, all rabbits were provided with the same care and feeding conditions. The animals were kept in special rooms with a temperature of 13–22 °C, in individual cages, and fed a healthy, balanced diet. Water and feed were constantly freely available.
