This article highlights the didactic, educational and innovative significance of subject-based (interdisciplinary and practically oriented) lessons in teaching natural sciences. Based on pedagogical experiences, the role of subject-based lessons in deepening students' knowledge and preparing them for life is analyzed. The article considers the possibilities of increasing interest in natural sciences through subject-based lessons, forming observational and analytical thinking in students.
