Аннотация

This article analyzes the gender barriers that hinder the equal representation of women in the political sphere of modern democratic societies. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the main factors limiting women's political activity and strategies for overcoming these barriers are considered. 1453 ResearchBib IF - 11.01, ISSN: 3030-3753, Volume 2 Issue 4 The study shows that a systematic approach to eliminating gender inequality in politics requires comprehensive measures, including changing socio-cultural norms, institutional reforms, and special policy tools.
