Аннотация

This article highlights the application of modeling in various spheres of human activity, its basic concepts, models and types of modeling, business models, as well as the need to use theoretical, empirical, mathematical, and computer modeling methods in the modeling process, as well as methods for analyzing and evaluating information systems. In addition, it was emphasized that modeling is the basis of information systems when teaching students to model business processes, and the requirements for information system design models, forecasting further actions, implementing solutions, obtaining profit, as well as the processes of systematization and generalization of data were discussed. Working with real projects strengthens students' modeling skills, develops analytical thinking skills, and serves to prepare them for future professional activities.
