This article analyzes the pedagogical principles and methodological approaches to the development of aesthetic culture in primary education. Today, the formation of students' aesthetic worldview, the development of their creative abilities and the development of skills for perceiving beauty are of great importance. The article examines the scientific and theoretical foundations of aesthetic education, the main principles and modern methods of developing aesthetic culture in primary education. The results of the study are presented in the form of scientific and practical recommendations for primary school teachers for the effective development of students' aesthetic culture.
