Abdugafurov Chairman of scientific seminar under scientific council on award of scientific degrees, D.Ch.Sc., professor 40 INTRODUCTION (abstract of PhD thesis) The aim of research work is classification of medicinal plants in South Fergana on the basis of their chemical composition, development of recommendations for the preparation of preventive and curative fees from medicinal raw materials. The objects of the research work are the chemical components of 40 representatives of the potentially medicinal flora of South Fergana. Scientific novelty of the research work. A complex chemical study of the potentially medicinal flora of South Fergana was conducted for the first time: from the Marrubium anisodon plant, the alkaloid stachydrin, as well as neutral substances of the diterpenic nature of the Peregrinin and the derivative of Marrubin, are isolated in an individual state, which were not reported from the site of growth. For the first time, β-sitosterol, α-amirin and acetylamine were isolated from the Arctium leiospermum plant growing in the highlands. Identification was carried out on the basis of analysis of mass spectrometric fragmentation and IR spectra; by chromatographic mass spectrometry, the composition of the essential oil of the Fergana species of Artemisia is determined. the classification of the potentially medicinal flora of South Fergana on the basis of the chemical composition of both organic and mineral was first carried out; a comparative analysis of the direction of plant use in traditional medicine with the physiological effect of its chemical components: alkaloids, steroids, terpenes, macro- and microelements; conducted a pharmacological study of certain plant species and charges based on them; found their influence on the hematopoietic, immune and other body systems. Implementation of the research results: Based on the results of studying the chemical composition of plants in South Fergana: a method for the production and use of a biologically active additive (BAA) consisting of three plant components, which we named Bio-Gem, is being implemented at the present time by the pharmaceutical company LINKAS FARM PLYUS (Ministry of Health reference 012-1 / 174 from February 5, 2018). a method for the production and use of dietary supplements consisting of five plant components, which we named "Bio-Immun", is now being implemented in practice by the pharmaceutical company "LINKAS FARM PLYUS" (Ministry of Health reference 012-1/174 of February 5, 2018) .
