Политика защиты лиц с ограниченными возможностями в Узбекистане (1991-2014 гг)

Аннотация

The aim of the research work is to reveal the history of the relationship to persons with disabilities, as well as to uncover new trends in solving this problem during the years of independence in Uzbekistan. The scientific novelty of the research work includes following: proved necessity to create the Association of Disabled Persons and Special Sectors on base of the Youth Union for eliminating inconsistencies in the activities of NGOs in the field of protection of the disabled persons; the importance of creating an accessible infrastructure, improving the legal literacy of disabled people, allocating quotas for disabled people in universities, providing resource educators for improving the efficient continuing inclusive education; justified; proved social factors wich influences to social integration of disabled people to society: improved professional orientation, form positive attitudes among business leaders about people with disabilities, in the context of the social model of society's development, to increase legal literacy, to create an accessible infrastructure; identified influential factors to growth disability wich associated with environmental problems, of low quality of medical care and the existence of marriage relations between relatives in Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Namangan, Djizzak Syrdarya and Surkhandarya regions.
