The object of research work are beer products, produced by Andijon-Praha LLC, Samarkand-Praha LLC and Ferganapivo LLC. The scientific novelty of research work is as follows: For the first time, international commodity codes of beer on the basis of chemical composition were analyzed and improved; The positive effect of magnetized water on the germination and energy of germination during the malt preparation process, as well as on saccharification of malt during the process of beer juice, was studied; The positive effect of the additive in beer of the sodium salt of p- ferrocenylphenol was found not only on the prevention of anemia, but also on the improvement of the stability of beer; Recommended express colorimetric method for determining the color index of beer. Introduction of research results. As a result of the conducted studies on the improvement of beer production and its classification based on the chemical composition: According to commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity, new commodity codes for light beers - 2203 00 010 1 and 2203 00 010 2 were developed and recommended; for dark beers - 2203 00 010 3 and 2203 00 010 4, they were offered comments taking into account the chemical composition (reference of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 1 / 16-7, dated January 6, 2018). As a result, there was an expanded opportunity to classify beer products. The express method of colorimetric determination of the colour of beer was developed and introduced into the practice of standardization, metrology and certification of the agency "Uzstandart" (reference of the Scientific Research Institute of Standardization, Metrology and Certification of the Agency "Uzstandard" No.06 / 192, dated February 16, 2018. As a result, the ability to quickly and accurately conduct tests; Introduced into customs practice by the RGB color scale when determining the color parameters of beer (certificate of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 1 / 16-56, dated February 26, 2018).
