Совершенствование диагностики и оптимизация лечения больных хроническими ринитами

Аннотация

Investigations' tools: 99 patients with cavernous type of hypcrtrofic rhinitis and vasomotor rhinitis in combination with nasal septum deviation, 30 healthy persons. Goals: improvement of diagnostic methods for assessment of functional condition of nasal cavum and development of rationalize ways of complex treatment of chronic rhinitis. Methods of investigation: clinic- laboratory, functional and cytological investigations of nasal cavitum. Results and their novelty: For the first time there was shown that nasal septum deviation especially in its superior and posterior parts revealed by optic endoscopy has importance in development of hypertrophic and vasomotor rhinitis, microcirculation, functional activity of nasal cavum mucosa. Early presurgical diagnostic of some nasal septum deformations and timely correction allow to increase the effectiveness of surgical treatment for 30% and decrease the rate of postoperative complications for the first time there was indicated that surgical treatment in combination with magneto-laser therapy increases the effectiveness of treatment for 96%. Practical importance of the research: The method of endoscopy assessment of functional condition of nasal cavum mucosa in its difficult approaching parts allows to reveal the deviation of nasal septum in its superior and posterior parts and performance their correction in full capacity that allows to avoid the repeated surgical procedures. The surgical treatment in combination with magnito-lascr therapy in postoperative period. Leads to recovering of nasal breathing in full capacity with saving of functional condition of nasal mucosa. Realization of results: The results of investigation were introduced in medical practice of III clinic of Tashkent Medical Academy, Karshi Regional Hospital. The materials of investigations arc used in the educational process of ENT Department of Tashkent Medical Academy. Application field: otorhinolaryngology
