Аннотация

Subjects of the inquiry: There were studied 1952 cases of leucosis primarily registered in the children population of Uzbekistan. Aim of the inquiry: To study dynamics and rate of leucosis prevalence in the children population of Uzbekistan, to form data base of populational epidemiological indicators, to identify risk factors for leucosis in the children. On the basis of this data bases to develop Nozogcographical register of leucosis disease in children. Methods of investigation: Statistical and clinical methods of investigation The results achieved and their novelty: The epidemiological division of the territory of Uzbekistan has been performed for the first time in relation to leucosis morbidity among children. There were revealed potential hazardous regions where the risk of leucosis development is relatively high. In the leucosis structure there were leading acute forms of disease among which the non-lymphoblast forms of leucosis prevailed standardized world and European indicators 2,0 and 2,3 times. There were revealed age dependent peaks of morbidity of 5-9 years and mortality due to leucosis of 0-4 years. Factorial analysis on the basis of registration of allows identification of the risk group in relation to leucosis development in the children. It was revealed that in children with frequent diseases living in the industrial regions the risk of leucosis development is reliably higher. There was described clinical-hematological characteristic of leucosis in young children. Practical value: The performed medical-statistic monitoring is the analytical base for development of nozogcographycal register of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The data obtained allow to organs of public health optimization and rational planning organization of children onco-hcmatological service. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The results of researches have been applied into the clinical practice of the Clinic of the Research Institute of hematology and Blood transfusion, consultative polyclinic in Research Institute of Pediatrics. Sphere of usage: Hematology, oncology, pediatrics and primary-health service.
