This article explores the personal and professional qualities ofhospital school teachers, the requirements for their recruitment, and the conditions for dismissal. The main reasons for dismissal include pedagogical shortcomings, inappropriate behavior towards children, health-related restrictions, and violations of ethical norms. This article provides scientific and practical foundations for improving thetraining and professional development ofhospital school teachers.
