Аннотация

A clinical case of an anomaly in the development of the bronchial tree is described. A case is characterized by the presence of an additional bronchial branch, directed to the upper lobe of the lung and participating in its ventilation, and associated with a partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage, with an atrial septal defect and hypoplasia of the right subclavian vein. Morphometric, topographic, and X-ray anatomical characteristics of the bronchial tree and lung parenchyma were established.
