This scientific thesis provides an in-depth analysis of the issues of formation of investment resources of enterprises in the conditions of a modern market economy and their effective management. A comprehensive approach has been developed based on the role of investments in the economic growth of an enterprise, their sources and mechanisms of their orientation. The work separately considers internal (enterprise profit, depreciation deductions, financial reserves) and external (loans, shares, investors, state grants) sources of investment resources, and analyzes the advantages and limitations of each of them. Also, special attention is paid to financial planning, investment budgeting, assessment of the economic efficiency of projects (through indicators such as NPV, IRR, PI) and methods of reducing investment risks. The study models the process of managing investment resources on the example of an enterprise in the real sector and develops practical recommendations. 22 As a result, it is substantiated that this work is of high scientific and practical importance in increasing the investment potential of enterprises, conducting effective investment policies, and achieving long-term sustainable development. The results of this thesis will serve to introduce scientifically based approaches to investment decision-making and strengthen the economic stability of the enterprise.
