Recently, artificial intelligence, or AI for short, has been changing our lives significantly, especially in professional life; jurisprudence has certainly not become an exception to these innovations. This work analyzes the current state and prospects of AI in the legal field, 9 19 International scientific journal ISSN: 2181-3906 «MODERN SCIENCE АND RESEARCH» 2025 VOLUME 4 / ISSUE 3 / UIF:8.2 / MODERNSCIENCE.UZ the possibilities of document analysis, automation of routine tasks, foresight or prediction of court outcomes, as well as legal advice. Let us consider in more detail what natural language processing, machine learning are and how they make a lawyer's work more efficient and high- quality in interaction with clients. In addition to all the listed aspects, there will be an introduction to the ethical and legal issues that may arise in the process of implementing and using artificial intelligence in the legal field and practice, as well as issues of liability, data confidentiality and potential risks of discrimination. There will be a disclosure of the topic of further development and the influence of AI in jurisprudence. The conclusion notes the need for a special approach to the implementation of AI in the legal sphere, and what can contribute to the creation of a reliable and safe legal environment.
