ПРАВОВЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ВНЕДРЕНИЯ СМАРТ-КОНТРАКТОВ ДЛЯ КОММЕРЧЕСКИХ СДЕЛОК В РУЗ

Аннотация

Nowadays, with comprehensive integration of artificial intelligence, many fields of human activity undergone complex changes, including business and jurisprudence. In the past, in order to initiate a contract there was a need of a mediator as bank, notary or others, however, with an introduction of so-called “smart- contracts”, now there is no need for those regulators. This article gives a definition of a smart-contract, presents some advantages and examples of the use of this technology, as well as pays attention to the problems of integration of smart-contracts in Uzbekistan and their supposed solution.
