In this article, the right to education of children with special educational needs and the essence of inclusive education are extensively analyzed. The benefits of inclusive education are highlighted on the basis of international legal frameworks, scientific research and experiences in different countries. It also talks about reforms and future measures for the development of inclusive education in Uzbekistan. Psychological, pedagogical and economic aspects were also taken into account in the article, and an attempt was made to analyze the process of inclusionin theeducational system in depth.
