This article is dedicated to studying the clinical, immunological, and microbiological aspects of psoriasis in children and optimizing its treatment strategies. Based on research in the fields of clinical medicine, immunology, and microbiology, the pathogenesis, risk factors, and treatment methods of psoriasis are analyzed. The main goal of the study is to develop treatment strategies for pediatric psoriasis based on clinical, immunological, and microbiological examinations to ensure effective disease management. Early diagnosis and the development of individualized treatment approaches aim to control psoriasis and improve children's quality of life. According to the research findings, psoriasis in children is associated with chronic skin inflammation and immune dysregulation. Increased T-cell responses and cytokine imbalance have been identified as key factors in the disease's progression. Microbiological investigations revealed alterations in skin microbiota and the aggravating effects of bacterial or fungal infections on disease exacerbations. Individualized approaches, immunomodulatory therapy, and antimicrobial treatment were found to reduce psoriasis symptoms. This article integrates the clinical, immunological, and microbiological aspects of pediatric psoriasis and proposes improved treatment strategies through innovativeapproaches.
