The formation of territorial infrastructure requires taking into account many social, political, economic, environmental and technical factors. The Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026, developed and implemented at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, sets out such important tasks as the development of the engineering, communication and social infrastructure system of the regions, as well as the service and service sectors, and the effective use of existing resources 1. The sustainable development of regions is associated with increasing the competitiveness of individual sectors and the country's economy as awhole.
