The process of language learning is influenced by numerous factors, with motivation being one of the most significant. Motivation directly impacts a learner's drive, the duration of their efforts, and the outcomes they achieve. This article analyzes the motivational factors that positively influence language learning, categorizing them into intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation is associated with personal interest, self- development, and individual goals, whereas extrinsic motivation is driven by social demands, economic benefits, and career opportunities. The article examines the impact of these factors on the learning process based on scientific literature and evaluates their effect on language learning efficiency.
