Introduction: Tooth discoloration can significantly impact a patient's aesthetic appearance and self- esteem. It is commonly associated with dental trauma, which can lead to systemic changes in the tooth's structure and color. This article aims to explore the clinical presentation of tooth discoloration resulting from trauma, the mechanisms underlying this condition, and the available treatment options in therapeutic dentistry. METHODS This review is based on an extensive literature search of studies and clinical guidelines published in peer- reviewed journals.
