THE ROLE AND FUNCTIONS OF DIFFERENT VOCABULARY LAYERS IN THE INTERLINGUAL RELATIONS

"The development of language, a complex dynamic system, cannot occur under the influence of just one factor. Contemporary linguistics connects changes in language to a number of causes, a set of causes. However, linguists do not share a unified opinion on this standpoint" [Rəcəbli, 2006:451]. There is a great deal of interest in the issue of language contact, which covers almost all areas of language. "Scholars researching the problems of language development can be divided into several groups. The first group includes romantics such as the Schlegel and Grimm brothers, as well as Wilhelm von Humboldt. According to them, languages that have reached their highest level have lost their glorious past, which is linked to the decline of the national spirit" [Реформатский, 2001:466]. However, the inaccuracy of these ideas provides abasis fordisagreeing withthem. The development of language is inseparable from interlinguistic relations. It is an undeniable truth that interlinguistic relations play asignificantly serious role in the development oflanguage. In linguistic literature, interlinguistic relations are understood as the changes that occur in one language under the influence of another language during their contact. Although the study of interlinguistic relations and the development of languages has a long history, it has not yet undergone a comprehensive scientific analysis. Therefore, it remains an urgent issue in need of further research. Key words: word groups, interlingual, language development, bilingualism, mutual interactions, useof terms. ANTRACT: "Murakkab dinamik tizim boʻlgan tilning rivojlanishi faqat bir omil taʼsirida sodir boʻlishi mumkin emas. Hozirgi tilshunoslik tildagi oʻzgarishlarni bir qancha sabablar, sabablar majmui bilan bogʻlaydi. Biroq tilshunos olimlar bu nuqtai nazar boʻyicha yagona fikrda emas” [Rəjabli, 2006:451]. Tilning deyarli barcha sohalarini qamrab oluvchi til aloqasi masalasiga qiziqish katta. "Til taraqqiyoti muammolarini tadqiq etuvchi olimlarni bir necha guruhlarga boʻlish mumkin. Birinchi guruhga aka-uka Shlegel, Grimmlar hamda Vilgelm fon Gumboldt kabi romantiklar kiradi. Ularning fikricha, eng yuqori darajaga etgan tillar oʻzining shonli oʻtmishini yoʻqotgan, bu esa milliy ruhiyatning tanazzulga uchrashi bilan bogʻliq" [Reformatskiy:1460]. Biroq, bufikrlarning noto'g'riligi ular bilan kelishmaslikuchun asos bo'ladi. Tilning rivojlanishi tillararo munosabatlardan ajralmasdir. Til rivojida tillararo munosabatlar sezilarli darajada jiddiy rol o‘ynashi inkor etib bo‘lmaydigan haqiqatdir. Tilshunoslik adabiyotida tillararo aloqalar deganda bir tilda boshqa til taʼsirida ularning aloqasi davomida sodir boʻladigan oʻzgarishlar tushuniladi. Tillararo munosabatlar va tillarning rivojlanishini oʻrganish uzoq tarixga ega boʻlsa-da, u haligacha har tomonlama ilmiy tahlildan oʻtkazilmagan.
