It is no exaggeration to say that the wide use of digital economy in the development of the industrial sector, agricultural sector and other sectors of any country, as well as increasing its economic efficiency, can be the basis for achieving positive results. In the address of the head of our state to the Oliy Majlis, the wide implementation of digital technologies in all spheres of economic and social life was defined as the highest priority, and 2020 was declared the "Year of Science, Enlightenment and Development of the Digital Economy". As a logical continuation of the started work, the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures for wide introduction of digital economy and electronic government" was adopted. With this decision, the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications Development is designated as theonly competent bodyin the fields of digital economy ande- government, and the "E-Government Project Management Center" and "Digital Economy Research Center" were established under the Ministry. In 2020-2022, a total of 268 projects were implemented to further develop the activities of the electronic government, telecommunications and software products and information technology technology park, and to widely introduce digital technologies in the real sector of the economy and in agriculture and water management.1 Digital economy is a set of digital goods and services produced and sold as a result of economic activity closely related to electronic business and electronic commerce based on digital technologies. It is sometimes referred to as the internet economy, the new economy, or the web economy. This means moving the existing economy to a new system by creating new technologies, platforms and business models, introducing them into everyday life. The main features ofthis system are as follows: •high degree ofautomation; •electronicdocument exchange; •electronicintegration ofaccounting and management systems; •electronicdatabases; •Availabilityof CRM(customer relationship system); •corporatenetworks. Theamenities are: 1. Expenses for payments are reduced (for example, a ticket to go to the bank and otherresources are saved). 2.Get more and faster information about goods and services. 3. In the digital world, there are great opportunities for goods and services to enter the world market. 4.Goods and services are rapidlyimproved duetoquick feedback (consumer opinion). 5.Faster, better quality, moreconvenient. The practical importance and aspects of the digital economy, which, first of all, significantly increases the standard of living of people, which is its main benefit. Secondly, the digital economy is the main link of corruption and "black economy". Because numbers seal everything, store it in memory, provide information quickly when needed. In such conditions, it is impossible to hide any information, make secret deals, not to provide complete information about this or that activity, the computer will reveal everything. It does not, because it is impossible to cheat the system. As a result, it will not be possible to launder "dirty money", steal funds, spend ineffectively and aimlessly, increase or hide them. This will increase the flow of legal funds into the economy, taxes will be paid on time and correctly, budget allocation will be open, funds directed to the social sector will not be stolen, schools, hospitals,roads extended moneywill arrive in full,etc.3 The importance of the digital economy from the point of view of the development of industrial relations in industrial enterprises is reflected in the development of digital management achieved by introducing innovations in the management regime and improving the management system and increasing the production capacity using digital technologies.
