Аннотация

This article discusses the modernization of teaching methods in clinical pharmacology based on the credit-module system, with a focus on the field of general medicine. The study highlights the importance of student- centered learning, interactive teaching approaches, and competency-based education in medical training. It explores innovative methodologies, including problem-based learning, case studies, and digital learning platforms, to enhance students' practical skills and theoretical knowledge. The article also examines the effectiveness of modular assessment and feedback mechanisms in improving student performance and engagement. The proposed strategies aim to optimize the teaching of clinical pharmacology in accordance with international educational standards. Keywords: Credit-module system, clinical pharmacology, medical education, student-centered learning, competency-based education, problem- based learning, digital learning, interactive teaching methods, modular assessment, medical training. Clinical pharmacology plays a crucial role in medical education, providing future physicians with essential knowledge about drug mechanisms, therapeutic applications, and safety measures. Traditional teaching methods often rely on lecture-based instruction, which may not fully engage students or promote critical thinking. The adoption of the credit module system aims to address these limitations by offering a more structured, student-centered approach. The Credit Module System in Medical Education The credit module system is a flexible and standardized educational framework that allows students to accumulate credits through modular learning units. This system enhances curriculum organization, promotes active learning, and provides a transparent evaluation mechanism. In clinical pharmacology, this approach ensures that students achieve specific learning objectives through a combination of theoretical and practical coursework. 5 МЕЖДУНАРОДНАЯ КОНФЕРЕНЦИЯ АКАДЕМИЧЕСКИХ НАУК Advantages of the Credit Module System in Teaching Clinical Pharmacology. Enhanced Student Engagement: The modular approach encourages interactive learning through case studies, problem-based learning (PBL), and clinical simulations. Improved Knowledge Retention: Frequent assessments and hands- on training facilitate better retention of pharmacological concepts. Personalized Learning Pathways: Students can progress at their own pace, revisiting complex topics as needed. Standardized Evaluation: Continuous assessment through quizzes, assignments, and practical evaluations ensures objective grading. Methodological Improvements in Clinical Pharmacology Teaching To optimize the teaching of clinical pharmacology under the credit module system, several methodological improvements have been implemented: Integration of Digital Tools: The use of e-learning platforms, virtual laboratories, and simulation software enhances student engagement and provides real-time feedback. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Combining clinical pharmacology with other medical disciplines fosters a holistic understanding of drug interactions and patient care. Case-Based Learning (CBL): Real-life clinical scenarios are incorporated into the curriculum to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Competency-Based Assessments: Emphasizing skills over rote memorization ensures that students develop the ability to apply pharmacological principles in clinical settings. Challenges and Solutions in Implementing the Credit Module System Despite its benefits, the credit module system presents certain challenges: Faculty Training: Educators need specialized training to effectively implement modular teaching and assessment strategies. Resource Allocation: The development of digital tools and clinical simulation resources requires financial investment. Student Adaptation: Transitioning from traditional learning methods to a modular system may require initial support and guidance. To overcome these challenges, institutions can provide professional development programs for faculty, secure funding for educational technology, and offer orientation programs for students to facilitate the adaptation process. The implementation of the credit module system in clinical pharmacology education presents a progressive step toward improving medical training. By incorporating innovative teaching methodologies, digital tools, and competency- based assessments, educators can enhance student engagement, knowledge retention, and practical skills. Future research should focus on evaluating the long-term impact of this approach on clinical practice and patient care. 6 МЕЖДУНАРОДНАЯ КОНФЕРЕНЦИЯ АКАДЕМИЧЕСКИХ НАУК The field of medical education is constantly evolving to address the growing demands of modern healthcare. The transition to the credit-module system in medical training has revolutionized the way clinical pharmacology is taught, providing students with greater flexibility, enhanced en
