One of the important tasks in preschool educational organizations is the physical development of children and laying the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. This article provides detailed information about the physical development of children, the importance of health activities and methods of their organization. The importance of physical education classes, active games, proper nutrition and medical supervision for children's health is highlighted. Also, measures implemented in the preschool education system in Uzbekistan on physical health are considered.
