In the article, the nature of the monetary and credit policy conducted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the legal and regulatory bases, the directions of this policy were studied with the help of analysis. Also, the economic consequences of the capital flow of the Republic under the influence of this system were studied. The monetary policy of the central banks of the developed and developing countries of the world was studied. The results of monetary and credit policy in Uzbekistan in recent years were collected and analyzed using official data. The authors of the article presented opinions, comments and suggestions on the topic. Key words: monetary policy, capital, balance of payments, inflation, economic efficiency, resources, risks. Аннотация: В статье с помощью анализа изучены сущность денежно-кредитной политики, проводимой Центральным банком Республики Узбекистан, нормативно- правовая база, направления этой политики. Также были изучены экономические последствия перетока капитала республики под влиянием этой системы. Изучена монетарная политика центральных банков развитых и развивающихся стран мира. Результаты денежно-кредитной политики в Узбекистане за последние годы собраны и проанализированы с использованием официальных данных. Авторы статьи представили мнения, комментарии и предложения по теме. Ключевые слова: денежно-кредитная политика, капитал, платежный баланс, инфляция, экономическая эффективность, ресурсы, риски.
