Аннотация

In 2019, the Strategy for the Transition of the Republic of Uzbekistan to a “green” economy for the period 2019–2030 was adopted. Uzbekistan is actively moving towards a green economy to ensure the sustainable development of the country, preserve natural resources, and improve the quality of life of the population. This direction has become especially important due to climate change, water scarcity, and the need to save resources. Key words: Green economy, Republic Uzbekistan, transition strategy, sustainable development, natural resources, quality of life, climate change, water scarcity, resource saving.
