РОЛЬ СОПУТСТВУЮЩИХ ПАТОЛОГИИ ПРИ РАЗВИТИЕ ГНОЙНО-ВОСПАЛИТЕЛЬНЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ ЧЕЛЮСТНО-ЛИЦЕВОЙ ОБЛАСТИ

Аннотация

The observation by the author of the relationship of patients with concomitant pathologies of patients with inflammatory diseases of the maxillofacial region is described. The analysis of the medical history of surgical dental patients of different age groups with purulent-inflammatory diseases of the maxillofacial region was carried out. Features of the clinical course of abscesses and phlegmon of the maxillofacial region is closely related to the presence of concomitant pathology of the body, which leads to a decrease in compensatory mechanisms and, as a result, aggravates the course of acute and chronic pyoinflammatory diseases of the maxillofacial region. Based on the foregoing, we can conclude that the peculiarity of the clinical course of abscesses and phlegmon of the maxillofacial region is directly related to the presence of concomitant pathology of the body, which leads 19 “JOURNAL OF SCIENCE-INNOVATIVE RESEARCH IN UZBEKISTAN” JURNALI VOLUME 3, ISSUE 01, 2025. Введение Задача взаимоотношение сопутствующих патологии и воспалительных заболеваний челюстно-лицевой области является значительном, так как при проведении целесообразного лечения и реабилитации непременно учитывать функционирование всех систем организма. Сопутствующая заболевания проявляет негативное воздействие на характер клинического течения воспалительного процесса и содействует его хронизации. В последнее время больные с острыми воспалительными заболеваниями челюстно-лицевой области - периоститами, остеомиелитами, абсцессами и флегмонами составляют около половины пациентов стоматологических стационаров [1,2,5]. Эффективность консервативных и оперативных методов лечения зависит не только от клиники самого гнойно- воспалительного процесса (локализации, давности возникновения, наличия осложнений и т.д.), но и от провоцирующих факторов агрессии, составляющих основу патофизиологических механизмов гнойно- воспалительных процессов. Особенности анатомического строения челюстно- лицевой области, иммунного статуса, резистентности и реактивности организма являются предпосылками для более частого возникновения, быстрого развития и тяжелого течения одонтогенных флегмон челюстно- лицевой области.
