This scientific article extensively covers the issue of "Developing the professional and spiritual culture of future English teachers". The article emphasizes the importance of forming the professional and spiritual culture of the teacher in the pedagogical process, with particular attention paid to the role and tasks of English teachers. The professional and spiritual culture of the teacher is not limited only to teaching methods, but also affects the processes of self-development, the assimilation of social and spiritual values, and the instillation of spiritual skills in students. The article provides recommendations on the development of professional and spiritual culture in order to improve the pedagogical skills of English teachers, maintain physical and mental health, and improve the effectiveness of education. This article contributes to the professional and spiritual growth of teachers, and to improve the quality of the educational environment.
