This article sheds light on the structure, content, and significance of the new edition of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It emphasizes that the Constitution, as the supreme law of the country, has supremacy and guarantees the freedom and well-being of citizens. The article also provides detailed information about the sections of the Constitution, its historical formation, changes, and reforms. It notes that in the new edition, adopted in 2023, the norms related to human rights and freedoms have been significantly expanded, and the compliance of this document with international legal norms is emphasized.
