This article examines the issues of evaluating the effectiveness of public- private partnership (PPP) projects. PPP projects are widely used as an effective way to develop social and economic infrastructure by jointly managing resources and risks between the public and private sectors. The article considers the main criteria 435 “JOURNAL OF SCIENCE-INNOVATIVE RESEARCH IN UZBEKISTAN” JURNALI VOLUME 2, ISSUE 10, 2024. OCTOBER ResearchBib Impact Factor: 9.654/2024 ISSN 2992-8869 and indicators of performance evaluation, analysis methods and success factors in practice. Also, the importance of economic, social and ecological aspects in the formation of efficiency assessment is emphasized. This study is aimed at strengthening the scientific and practical foundations of effective organization of public and private sector partnerships.
