Аннотация

This article examines the issues of legal protection of personal data security in the use of cryptographic technologies. Through the analysis of literature, existing legal mechanisms, international experience and the situation in Uzbekistan are studied. Based on the results, recommendations for improving the legal framework of cryptographic protection are developed.
