This article will look at the main difficulties in the implementation of the KPI (Key Performance Indicators - key performance Indicators) system in commercial banks and ways to overcome them. The study was based on literature analysis and critical analysis of existing practices. The results show that the greatest difficulties in implementing the KPI system are related to the resistance of employees, the correct selection and coordination of indicators, as well as the effective management of the system.
