Аннотация

The article deals with translation as one of the types of speech activity, which contributes to the mutual enrichment of languages and cultures of different peoples, the formation of bilingualism, polylingualism, and transculturalism. The stages of translation, the need for comparative research in vocabulary, semantics, the grammar of the source language and the target language are described to identify similarities and differences, equivalent and not equivalent linguistic units, and syntactic constructions stylistic nuances. Attention is paid to the translation into the internal content of each context of a written work to accurately translate the author's intention, the author's vision of the problem being described in the second language. It is recommended to translate the concept and words that do not descriptively correspond in two languages, using interpretation and explanation methods. Therefore, the translation also has political significance concerning both internal political and external ones. The article emphasizes the translator's naturalness; his professional level and professional ethics must be impeccable, not only when it comes to translating official texts, but all others (educational, scientific, artistic, etc.). The training of translators is carried out in educational institutions, in cultural institutions on the basis of teaching two languages, which is equivalent and less often one language, dominant if the student is fluent in other languages (for example, his native or other main language of professional activity). Взаимодействие и взаимовлияние языков, культур, народов осуществляется с древних племен, что формирует билингвизм, транслингвизм как в повседневной жизни общества, так и в художественной и других видах социальной деятельности. В этом процессе большое место занимает перевод с одного языка на другой, через посредство которого осуществляется не только знакомство с другим языком, культурой, национальным менталитетом, но и формирование мировоззрения о полиязычности, поликультурности народов мира, их сходствах и различиях. Процесс осуществления перевода предполагает владение знаниями практически по всем аспектам статики и динамики языка, что позволяет переводчику учитывать нюансы языка и речи двух языков при осуществлении перевода.
