The article examines the impact of tourism on the economy, its role in the economic development of the country, and prospects for the development of the tourism sector in the future. Uzbekistan's rich historical heritage, natural resources and cultural lands provide great opportunities for the development of tourism. By developing the tourism sector, it is possible to create new jobs, increase export earnings and attract domestic and foreign investments.
