Strengths-based pedagogy is an educational approach that focuses on identifying and cultivating the inherent strengths, talents, and potential of children. This paper explores the role of strengths-based teaching strategies in fostering personalized learning and development, highlighting how these approaches promote student engagement, self-esteem, and resilience. Drawing on a combination of literature review, case studies, and educator perspectives, the research examines the benefits of strengths-based practices, such as differentiated instruction, positive reinforcement, and individualized support, in meeting the diverse needs of learners.
