Verbo-visual figures in poetic texts

It is well known that stylistic devices increase the expressiveness of speech. In this regard, a number of scientific researches have been carried out in world (Ts.Todorov) 84 , Russian (G.G.Khazagerov, V.P.Moskvin) 85 and Uzbek (A.Mamajonov, O.Mamaziyaev, S.Fazildinova) 86 linguistics. However, the process of visualization of tropes and figures can also be observed in visual poetic texts that is considered to be a “multisemiotic system” 87. In this article some examples of verbovisual figures and their features will be discussed.
