This article addresses the issues of improving the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) system, an important element of efficiency assessment in commercial banks. The implementation of the KPI criteria in the modern banking system and its significance, the analysis of foreign experiments and the possibilities of its application in the national banking system are covered.
