This thesis is aimed at studying the psycho-pedagogical aspects of using the spiritual heritage of the ancients. In its time, the Jadidlar movement promoted renewal in education and upbringing and developed spiritual and moral values with its pedagogical approaches. The article analyzes the psycho- pedagogical aspects of modern educational methods and spiritual education approaches. Their methods of meeting psychological needs and taking into account the individual characteristics of students, as well as their role in spiritual development, are considered. It will be discussed how the use of the spiritual heritage of the ancients can help in the development of psycho- pedagogical approaches in the modern education system and have a positive effect on the spiritual and moral development of students.
