Особенности течения ревматоидного артрита в различных климато-географических и экологических зонах Узбекистана и пути оптимизации профилактических мер

The aim of the research work The aim of the study is to determine the features of clinical and functional disorders in rheumatoid arthritis on the background of the influence of environmental factors and the optimization of preventive and curative interventions in this disease. Scientific novelty1 of the research work: The role of xenobiotics (Al and Ni) in the development of the mechanism of early destruction of joints, contributing to the progression of the aggressiveness of articular syndrome in rheumatoid arthritis, is proved and justified; revealed a decrease in cellular immunity and a violation of the expression of a number of differentiation antigens on the background of hypoprogesteronemia in women of reproductive age with rheumatoid arthritis; revealed progression of apoptosis of T-cells against a background load of hydrogen fluoride and proved its role in the immune system imbalance in rheumatoid arthritis; the peculiarities of the dynamics of clinical manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis depending on the patients’ living areas and the environmental risk factors (N02, FH, Cd, Al va Pb), which contribute to the formation of systemic manifestations of the disease, are identified; the degrees of climatic comfort for this disease were developed on the basis of the dynamics of clinical activity and the remission process under different climatic-physical parameters (Ki, S, Km and Ksr); the importance of preventive measures with correction of progesterone insufficiency in rheumatoid arthritis is substantiated and the effectiveness of this tactic in maintaining long-term clinical remission of the disease is proved.
