Особенности межличностного общения руководителей на работе и в семье (на примере руководителей вуза)

Аннотация

Subjects of research: senior officials of different branches of higher education. Purpose of work: of the study is to identify and explore the characteristics of interpersonal skills of managers at work and at home. Methods of research: The method of studying leadership and gender-based styles of behavior manager Kcnn A. and D. Siegfried, modification T.V. Bendas. The method of studying the orientation of the head of A.A. Ershov. The "Communication in the family" Yu. E. Aleshin, L.Y. Gozman, E.M. Dubovsky. Method for studying types of regulation of conflict situations K. Thomas. Methodology E.G. Eidcmillcr "Family due to status" and "emotional state at work." Methods of mathematical statistics with application software SPSS. The results obtained and their novelty: the research carries in a certain contribution to the development of understanding the psychology of manager, as individuals life activity where two main spheres as work and family arc underlined. It was revealed, that the peculiarities of interaction at work and family members arc considered with basic functional roles of each spheres of managers activity. Practical value: the results of the research can serve as a basic of working out the syllables of psychological accompaniment professional career of a leader, and in saving the wellbeing prosperity in family relations. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the basic results of the research were used in the courses in rising the level of deputy rectors, deans and heads of departments skills in Tashkent state Pedagogical University named after Nizami and were reported in Republic and international scientific - practical conferences.
