Subject of research: the sugar syrup, tincture of hawthorn, Leonurus, valerian, mint, concentrate of Morus rubra. Purpose of work: development of technologies and standardization of cardiotonic and sedative remedy “Syrup of hawthorn with Morus rubra” and sedative remedies “Triogalcn” and “Fitogalcn” based on local medicinal plants. Methods of research: UV-spcctrophotomctry, titrimetric method, gas-liquid chromatography. The results obtained and their novelty: for the first time developed compositions and technologies of drugs “Syrup of hawthorn with Morus rubra”, “Triogalcn” and “Fitogalcn” on the based of local plant materials. The techniques of standardization of these drugs with the issuance of the necessary technical documentation have been developed (regulations, Pharmacopeias). The composition of components have been comprised of the “Syrup hawthorn with Morus rubra”, “Triogalcn” and “Fitogalcn”; its technologies and their standardization. Pharmacological studies of drugs have been conducted. Practical value: on the based of these studies established the original cardiotonic and sedative action remedy “Syrup of hawthorn with Morus rubra ” and sedative drugs: “Triogalcn” and “Fitogalcn”. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: medicines “Syrup of hawthorn with Morus rubra” and “Triogalcn” have been introduced into production at LLC “Galcnika”. The “Fitogalcn” is on the stage of approval. Introduction of these drugs will be come to the substitution of imported similar products. Field of application: pharmaceutical industry and medicine.
